Juanma González

I am a Spanish artist based in Botkyrka. My practice combines experimental and traditional approaches, including drawing, photography, site-specific installation, performance, and artistic intervention. For more than a decade, my research has focused on walking as a method of artistic inquiry and knowledge production, creating situations that enable new experiences of space. I received my MFA from the Royal Institute of Art (KKH), Stockholm, in 2016. Since then, my work has been exhibited in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Estonia, and the United States. I am a member of the art collective Flat Octopus and serve on the board of the Nordiska Konstförbundet (NKF).
