Amy Boulton's practice is an investigation of urban space, technology and feminist theory. In her projects she combines these research interests, seeking out the embedded connections between them. Boulton makes work both independently and collaboratively with artists and people with backgrounds in architecture, urban planning, interaction and game design. In 2022 she was a participant of the "Of Public Interest" transdisciplinary postmasters studio/lab at the Royal Institute of Art Stockholm. She has previously completed an MFA in Fri Konst at the Valand academy Gothenburg and BFA in Intermedia Art at Edinburgh College of Art.
